Linked entrance and exit.
Clean room interlocking doors coordinate entrance and exit permissions. Confirm the door states required before the next opening is permitted.
Linked openings.
A clearly defined sequence.
A cleanroom door interlock system coordinates which linked door may open and when. Define the opening order and the door-state feedback required before the next movement.
DOOR SEQUENCING
Select a stage to follow a two-door example. The final permission rules and completion conditions are agreed for the project.
Concept diagram. Final door feedback, passage protection and release arrangements depend on the selected system.
INTERLOCK INSTALLATIONS
Two examples of door interlocking. Each starts with a defined group and an agreed opening order.

Mark every linked opening and define the allowed order, including requests that arrive together. This photograph shows part of a three-door arrangement.
CONFIRM THE INTERLOCK CONDITIONS
These four points define the interlock brief: the door group, verified states, interrupted cycles and release conditions.
Identify every door in the group. Agree which request takes priority when two openings are requested together.
Specify the position feedback needed to permit the next movement. Review it alongside the selected door’s passage protection.
Define the response to missing feedback or a door that does not reach its expected state. Include operator indication and recovery checks.
Agree emergency release, the response to a power interruption and the reset conditions before normal operation resumes.
DISCUSS YOUR INTERLOCK
Send the linked door positions and the required opening order. We’ll review the interlock conditions with you.
